Manga entitled Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa /風の谷のナウシカ/ Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind is an original work of Hayao Miyazaki. Manga-making is influenced by Japanese folk tale Princess Who Loved Insects, and other such references; characters from Homer's Odyssey, Minamata Bay mercury pollution, and various works of science fiction and fantasy by European writers. 

Manga Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa set in 1000 years time in the future at the close of the ceramic era after the seven days of fire hit the earth, human life becomes difficult due to the global disaster polluting the earth.
